Switch the wallet to the Sandbox
The Sandbox is Tamga Network's test environment, with example institutions and made-up people; switch the wallet to it and try everything without touching your real documents. Tamga Wallet has no separate test network of its own; it uses the network's Sandbox.

Before you start
- Tamga Wallet is set up.
Steps
Step 1: Settings → Appearance → Developer
Under the row you see which network you are on (Network: Tamga Network).
Step 2: Under Network, choose Sandbox
The screen briefly explains what the Sandbox is.
Step 3: At “Switch to the Sandbox?”, tap Switch
A “SANDBOX · TEST” strip appears at the top of the screens; test documents you receive are marked TEST.
Step 4: To go back, choose Tamga Network in the same place
Confirm “Switch back to Tamga Network?”.
Good to know
- Your real documents stay on the phone; they are hidden and not used while you are in the Sandbox. When you switch back, Sandbox documents are hidden.
- Sandbox documents are not valid anywhere real, and the two networks never trust each other.
- Sandbox data goes back to its starting state every night; you may need to get test documents again.
