Terms of use

Draft: In preparation

Tamga Wallet’s terms of use are being prepared. Once published, you can read them here.

Closing a wallet for security reasons

  • If Tamga Wallet finds a problem that breaks a wallet's security (the phone fails the security check, or a security flaw in a type of secure hardware, in a version of the app or in the identity credential scheme), it may close that wallet or the affected wallets. For a single phone the decision is made by a person after review; there is no automatic closing.
  • How we tell you: within 24 hours at the latest, independently of the wallet — on the My wallet status page, opened with your revocation code: the reason, the date and what to do; if several wallets are affected, on the Security advisories page, before or at the same time. The app also shows the reason when it opens.
  • A closed wallet cannot receive or present documents; you can set the wallet up again or move to another EU-compatible wallet.
Awaiting legal review: the terms do not take effect until a lawyer has approved them. How your personal data is processed is already described in the privacy policy.
